    Credit card

    *I got a vanguis credit card some years back ,I no I couldn't afford 1 but as it was nearly christmas with 2 young children I was over the moon then the bill comes in at first I could pay it then got in to difficulty, they took me to court an now have a ccj against me ,can a make a claim against them to claim interest back*
