VT on car

Hi there I have a 2010 BMW That I have bought and am financing through close brothers My partner has no job now and I can’t afford the payments I have paid over 50% and am wandering about exercising my right to VT I have kept up with payments up to now the car is tidy with a few wear and tear etc but also I think the head gasket has gone so I can’t afford to repair it as that would cost as much as the car just wanting some advice please regards jay*
