Removing cat 6

Hi, I have been having troubles trying to open a bank account or obtain credit. I made a freedom of information request from Experian but nothing out of the ordinary was recorded on my file. Them I made the same request from cifas and I have a cat 6 market to my name from 2017. This was from a credit card company. Basically I was stupid to allow someone put money on it using someone else's card details and when I could provide the card details upon request from the credit card company, they closed my account and put the marker against my name. Please what is the best way to get rid of this marker from my file. Apparently is stays on there for 6 years.*
