APCOA claim out of time allowed for parking but do not have photo evidence of time

I have been sent a photo showing the vehicle and registration of the vehicle I drive.* they claim that it was parked on a certain day and went over the 20 minute free time.* The only photo evidence they have sent is of the vehicle and the registration.* I have requested evidence of how they arrived at the timings and the car being over these times.* They have not done that.* Surely I have a case not to pay
