  • Discrimination and bullying

After 9 months of bullying I’ve been signed off work by GP. I’m highly anxious. My employer is continuing their bullying through absence ‘procedures’ the latest being an occupational health referral. I had a letter from OH and attended the appointment- whilst there I found out consent should have been sought to refer me and reasons discussed. I was not contacted and did not give consent for my details to be shared. My employer has ticked a box to say that he has consent - has lied basically do I have any recourse? I kept the appointment and the nurse will include that consent was not sough in her report.
