Hello all, currently going through court proceedings for access to see my children, I've received my cafcass report today and on it it says my ex has concerns about my mental health and that I've been off work with depression. She works as the hr assistant at the same company I do. There is no way at all she would know the reason that I have been off apart from accessing my personal file at work. Nobody outside of work knew the reason I was off work at all. Does this class as a personal data breach as I seriously think it could impact my case for access to my children?
