    Hello all..

    Hi all and thanks for having me! Please bear with me as this is my first time in a forum, I've already posted and probably in the wrong place! Doh! I have found legal beagles due to the discovery of a ccj for an energy bill after moving house 5 years ago. The solicitor has sent correspondence to my new address (which I've stupidly ignored.) however the ccj was issued to my old address and after correspondence had been sent to my new.. I'm sure my energy bills were settled with final meter readings and a new address provided. Please help! I'm looking for ways to challenge the CCJ but didn't get an opportunity to do so due to sneaky tactics from Lowell solicitors. Thanks so much!*
