  • Parental responsability

I'm a lawyer in Italy, and I need to indicate to the Italian Court an information that I can't seem to get hold of....* The UK Parental Responsability Act was modified in 2003, and it should state that the changes brought are not RETROSPECTIVE. How do I get hold of a copy of this act? I need to know the paragraph/article that indicates the non-retrospective aspect.... Thanks

The UK Parental Responsability Act ???
Do you mean the Childrens Act 1989
Sec 2 deals with Parental responsibility for Children
The original act and subsequent amendments can be found here:http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1989/41/contents

If you Google "are the 2003 changes to childrens act retrospectivel" one result is:
researchbriefings.files.parliament.uk › documents Children: parental responsibility - what is it and how is it ...

    Might be of help
