  • Not displaying a blue badge on private Carpark.

Hi my son parked in centertainment Sheffield in a disabled bay without a valid badge on display-09/10/2019. I have received a letter from PCN UKCPS. I have ignored all of the letters including DRP and Zenith collections. Should I have responded to any of the letters? Do I need to do anything or just sit tight and ignore all of the pending letters? Thanks in advance for any advice? Craig.*

Unless he is disabled I don't condone parking in a disabled bay.

Ignoring will end up in court and a CCJ

I presume you are the registered keeper.* You could write to them and give his name and address to remove liability from yourself

Or post up redacted images of the notice, but leave dates, and we will see what can be done
