I'm concerned as a friend has made me 2nd excutor of will arranged by someone he trust. I'm concerned as I have signed without solicitor present and have on my request asked for copy. Copy is printed on normal paper no heading of whom the solicitors are just a phone no. Is this legal, I do have concerns my friend is being financially abused and abuse has arranged this. Is it legal for me to sign without solicitors copies??
