    CEL taking me to court Overstay in free car park .

    Driver stopped to purchase throat lozenges *in a very small *car park on *Walmersley Road Bury. Left after few minutes . Shop too busy . Made a visit a few miles away to pick up some goods from a supplier . Have a copy of delivery note which is dated with approximate pick up time . Driver returned to attempt *the purchase Left Car Park soon after ! Case of Double Dipping ....no restriction* on any *return visit . First entry recorded and second exit only . CEL have refused to furnish any *further information .ie landowner . Signage photographed . Not visible at entrance from main road Parking Company been giving two pensioners hell for one year ! Demand is now for over £270*
