    Private parking firm taking me to court

    I was parked in a pub car park. I was in the pub having a drink. When I came back to my van I had a ticket. The car park is for the pubs customers. Now they are taking me to court. Any advice please.

      Hi. It was four years ago. The signs say for patrons only. Pub customers.
