  • Joint executors.

My Sister and myself, only siblings of our late Mother were both joint executors to the estate. My Sister dealt with my Mother's probate and my late Mother's solicitor held the will, the money from the estate being split 50/50. When I contacted the solicitor to ask where my half is, I was told he had sent it all to my Sister to pass on half to me. My Sister dose not talk to me. Would it be wrong for me to ask the solicitor to pay me and claim it from my Sister, as I think the solicitor is in the wrong.
