I'm appealing a parking eye parking charge notice, on their website it says the "fine" won't be increased while they consider my appeal.* My question is, does that mean the headline £70, or the discounted figure of £42?* Doesn't say anywhere on their site, and it's impossible to get a phone number for them other than the automated payment one.

Fine, Fine ??* It's an invoice. Usually they are referring to the discounted amount, but one can never tell

Thanks for that.........I do know that it's an invoice! ( hence the word fine in inverted commas.....)
