  • Default Notice & Clear Days For Remedy

Folks, are clear days for the purpose of actions to remedy a breach only count working days, and exclude both weekends and public holidays?* Also, is it the case you should also receive 48 hours from the date printed to allow for delivery in UK by Royal Mail?* I have a default dated 9th December with a remedy date of 28th December, which I believe is only providing 11 days and not 14 days from my calculations on this basis?
