Factory order lease car never arrived

I factory ordered a BMW lease car on PCH in November 2019. Now in January 2020, 7 weeks before I was expecting delivery, the lease company broker tells me the car isn’t going to be made! Apparently BMW have changed the model line up, so that’s it. A similar specification vehicle is now going to cost at least £80 per month more to lease than the original deal I had. Who can I sue? My contract is with the finance company, but they claim they are just a bank. The broker says I don’t have any contract with them, and it’s not their fault in any case as they blame BMW. *Need some advice please
