Talk talk fraud

Hi everyone, just need a bit of help. In 2018 I bacame a victim of fraud. People who moved to my old place took and opened my letters (my fault) and stole my personal details to gain goods (credit cards, online shooping buy now, pay later and more). With Experian help I manage to sort out everything but it wasn't all, yesterday I got letter from bwlegal that I own them money I called them and found out that they bought my debt from talk talk. Talk talk account opened in January 2018 in my old place ( I moved out from there in June 2017) those people paid first 10 months of contract with there own money* and stopped. Maybe they moved out, dunno. I also called talk talk and there are in process of investigation. I dont trust them because how they could opened another account if Im already with them for 5 years. Bwlegal want money from me as they said they dont care. The funny thing is that I found those people because they used my details and they phone number that debt colleting agency thought is mine. I have got a text messages from those people conffested they own quilty. Action fraud and police has been informed (done nothing) in* march 2018 when I found out about it also have protection from Cifas. I havent got anything in my credit report about Talk talk and bw legal so Experian cant help much. Im scared Bw legal are not a nice people, Talk talk say that I have to wait. I forgot to mention that I sent bwlegal my tenancy agremment from both places so they know already that I havent lived there that time. Hope I wrote everything correct please excuse me if I made mistakes I tried my best Im from diffrent country and I live here for many years. I will be grateful for any help*
