CAR SALE

My late moms car was sold by her ex husband without her consent or me and my brothers consent now we have located the car as some garage in mpumalangaā* how can we stop the sale from happening cause we really need that car back?

Have you involved the police yet?* Do so and get a crime number. Have you told the garage that the car is stolen? And here's the crime number.* Have you got a set of keys?

Have you got other paperwork to show who the car belongs go?* Ie receipts, HP contract.* The V5 doesn't show ownership
