Hi,
i have recently just received a ccj for an unpaid parking in ticket. £232 pound is the amount, I got notified via a credit file notification , the judgement was 9/12/2020, I paid it once I found out on the 15/1/2020, so it was past the 1 month I had to pay, not to sure how it all works. I have never received the original parking ticket and I have never received any documents about a court hearing, I was also away on the judgement date. i want to apply for set aside to have the ccj removed as feel it unfair, can anyone advise thanks
