I gave an electronic signature for what was advertised on their emails to me as a FREE check for PPI with a certain claims management company. *After these initial checks they’ve uncovered what they say are valid and possible claims from certain lenders. However I decided to go with my original choice of another company who were much cheaper and I have already received payments from the same lenders. . However the second company who were offering the free search have not stopped sending me texts daily. Am I legally bound to follow through with them and ‘click on to win’ and give them more personal information to to approach these lenders again? .*
