    hello
can i ask .if chasing for business rates from a ltd company*

can a bailiff remove goods from a a address not written on the liability order if he believes its the same director .?

can he remove three liability orders worth 16k if the amount he puts on the inventory *ie i am seizing amount today of 3495 is what the 1st liability order was (can they add liability orders after without telling you and after the event)
can he seize goods without giving you 7 days using a walk in possession order .especially if u have made a offer?

Presumably you are on the receiving end of a business rates liability order.

£16k of goods may well only (and is quite likely to) cover the one order when auctioned so he seems to be of the belief that the amount seized will only be sufficient against the one liability order.

They can attend any property where they believe goods of the debtor may be located. The 7 day notice has to be given to the debtor before seizure but once that has been done it doesn't have to be repeated for a different premises where they thinks goods may be. The warning is just to the debtor, not the premises themselves.

Just because a payment offer has been made the enforcement agent does not have to stop action.
