How much is Judgment for? Do you know if he owns any assets - cars, vans, equipment? How does he trade - Sole Trader, Partnership, Ltd Co? Do you know where he lives? Does he have business premises?

Its a limited company with assets totalling in region of £500*https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/c...filing-history
Just wonder if OP took company or individual to court, and reason for his defence apparently being struck out.

Thanks for reply. After rough builder took our money we and the courts have had no correspondence with the builder thats why he has been struck out of the court. *We took Matthew Brown trading as Matt Brown roofing to court. *Where do we go from here. *Thanks.
