VT with Landrover Finance - charge for pick up?

Hi, my first post so please bear with me. I want to VT my vehicle with Landrover Finance. They have sent me a form to sign and say I have to drop the car off at one of the listed BCA auction sites or pay £75 for pick up. The auction sites are too far away for me to drop off. Is it right that they can charge for pick up? Thanks, Rob
