    Court letter for water

    Hi*
    I have recieved a claims court letter today for southern water. Can I ring up Shulman's and make a payment plan to stop them getting a ccj or is it to late now? Thanks

    You should be able to pay at any time, whether they will accept an instalment plan may be another matter. Why don't you contact SW instead?

      Hi I will ring them and see what they say. Hopefully they will accept a payment plan as I don't want a ccj *
