Hi Can someone please help .Lowell bought an old debt of Porvident and i disputed this in court , My self and Lowell come to an arrangement and the court mediator advised me to go for irresponsible lending complaint to provident , it then went to FSO and they upheld it , Provident have to pay all interest and charges and all so 8% on top for each year , The loans were from 2010 to 2012 , My question is if Lowell and myself and the court have an arrangement can Provident buy back the loan from Lowell as i have legal arrangement with court and Lowell .
