How to l claim back money Ł293 for a carpark ticket which wasn't my fault.. I had sold the car 6 months before and have prove from DLVA.. It has gone through the courts. And l have now cjj against me. She said got pay 100 payed to get removed and I won't receive money back.. I had moved after sold car so never received any letters until I see on my clear score.. This happened 2018.

Have you paid anything towards the CCJ? How long have you known about this?
