I as the registered keeper of my vehicle have received a PCN for driving through a “bus gate” I was NOT driving the vehicle at the time AND the offence I am allegedly charged with is driving through a “bus lane” ???

As the RK you become liable for payment of the offence. You can always inform them who was driving and hope they will hold their hands up and pay.
