Hi folks, hope someone Han help me here or advise me in regards to this unfair issue.
Hi, my question is about a parking eye fine I received. I took my wife to hospital in Grafton st Manchester and when she had her operation we went back to the car park about 2 hours as it was laser in her eyes.
I manualy paid by my debit card and it said I'd paid. A week later I got a fine for £35 then £70 as I never paid it as IV done nothing wrong. They are saying the machine was working but that's not true as others were having problems that day.
Nothing went out my account so it's down to their machine not working .y reg came up as picture on machine and when I paid and everything was right. I spelled to palls in hospital and they said there's nothing they can do then I appealed to parking eye and told them to check their CTV camera and they will see that IV paid still they rejected it. What can I do as I have no proof. Has anyone had this happen to them.
