  • RLP passed on to BPO collection

    Hi There
I was wondering if anyone can help me. I got a fine from RPL back in Nov17 for something that was left on the top buggy by mistake think was something worth about £8. I ignored the letters revived from RPL as when I researched this was the advice. Since then I moved & today I got a text from BPO collection with a reference number. I gave them a call as I was unsure what it was for & they said it was for a fine of £140 from primark.*I’m unsure on what to do as it is a dept collection agency do I have to pay it or will affect my credit score & be taking to court for it. Would appreciate any help. Thank in advance.*

Continue to ignore.* It cannot be a fine there has been no court.* Neither RLP, BPO or Primark can issue fines.

It can only affect your credit rating IF it goes to court and IF* you lose and IF you don't pay within a month
