PNC from MET Parking for BP Stansted Garage

How do I appeal a*PCN from MET Parking for BP Stansted Garage? I was parked their for 48 mins and should have been there only for 30 mins. I was on a business call and unaware of the time. I was in a bay at the garage. Can I appeal? I didn't see the parking sign.

Edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred.* Use "the driver......." etc.

Post up the redacted PCN for others to look at but leave dates.* MET frequently fail to comply with the requirements of POFA to be able to transfer liability from the driver to the keeper.
