Hi I’m a new member just joined to get some advice regarding a county court claim form I’ve received for a parking eye fine I’d totally forgot about. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance for any help*

So read other threads about PE and the courts.* Should explain the procedures.* Also the pepipoo private parking forum has some details

First is to acknowledge the claim 5 days after issue using the details and password on the form but nothing in the defence.* This gives you 33 days from date of issue to get your defence to the court
