    Hope someone can help me with this - I am the executor for my late mums estate. Grandchildren receive a legacy the sum is stated in the will - *I inherit the property and the residue of cash is split 50/50 with my brother. *The relationship between me and my brother is Fraut and has been for over 25 year. *IIn the final account statement - do I have to state that I inherited the property *- I am providing a copy of the will and it is clear iin tha document *or just show the balances etc.,*

    As a residuary beneficiary he is entitled to see the full and final estate accounts, which should include the real property*
