  • General Form of Judgement or Order

can anybody please advise - we have just received a General Form of Judgement or Order stating we failed to fill out the Directions Questionnaire - we were away on holiday. Because of this is states the claimant will be at liberty to enter Judgement??? Which I don't understand. Then it states we can download Directions Questionnaire and For Claims up to £10,000 download N180. It states this order has been made without hearing under the Courts Case Management Power. Also parties have the right to have order set aside varied or stayed.?.... Then says a party making such an application must file the application with the CBBC together with appropriate fee within 7 days - please can anyone help*
