We tried appealing to popla re highview parking but it was unsuccessful. My husband has alzheimers so I'm fighting this with difficulty, we parked, displayed the blue badge but got a ticket . Apparently you have to register your disability badge to be able to use it* the place to register was the other side of the shopping centre which is an impossible distance for him to walk. What do I do now, just recieved another letter, now its £110??

Rewrite so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred

Post up a redacted copy of the PCN and a redacted copy of your appeal
