Hi I’m looking for some help with a couple of parking charge notices I was issued at East Midlands airport. The first notice was for stopping in a no stopping zone and a minute later I was issued with a second notice for picking up in a no pick up / drop off zone. This company say the conform to the IPC codes of practice, It say that a good grace of 10 minutes should be allowed for parking but does not mention stopping or picking up as I was charged twice within 2 minutes do you think I have a case to appeal. thanks
