    Access rights

    Hi everyone, I rent the property I am living in.* A neighbouring property has been granted planning permission for an extension and the builders will need access to our property (garden area) to put up scaffolding poles.* Do I as a tenant have the right to object, or can the neighbour be granted permission by my landlord?
