Dear All i had received the same letter from NRAM. I am not convinced of the legality of the Sale especially as |NRAM under Gordon Brown was to exist till the last mortgage and also the date is Nov or Oct on the letters. Due care to detail and attention to detail has been ignored. The transfer of equity had been done without the checking of all peoples accounts and signed off as a the agreed amount with a start date...and confirmation of bank accounts for payments ect from the mortgage holders. What we all need is a HIGH COURT ORDER to get compensation and agreed mortgage conditions as some of the terms and conditions are well odd and this has it been approved by Companies house good behaviour of Directors .....i don't think so guys....
