Hi I’m about to receive a SJPN for speeding 65 in a 50 and no no licence (l plates not on car and missis Present in the back seat
i believe it’s the two offences - however I m extremely worried this will be named in the local paper and that will really affect my mental health issues even more as it is already. Can someone advise if this will be the case (I don’t think I will be banned as I will get 6 points) as it’s clean currently. Shall I explain this via my reply when pleading guilty online once I get this in The post. Any advice would be dearly appreciated here *
