  • Employment dispute

Good evening, I would really appreciate some information and guidance on my current predicament. I am recovering from a period of illness as a result of being subjected to a number of instances of unsolicited inappropriate sexualised behaviour from my manager at work. The individual involved has been charged with sexual assault. My reason for posting is that on my return to work my employer has offered 2 options for my future employment with them. Option1 being placed on the redeployment register with the prospect of loosing my employment should a suitable post not be found in the 4 week timescale. Option 2 accepting a post that entails accepting a significant drop in salary pension and poorer *terms and conditions. My question is where can we go next as I do not believe that this can be acceptable. Is my employer entitled and permitted to do this. What redress do I have.*
