  • Consent order for parking charge - need help drafting!!

In Jan 2019 I received 2 CCJs for overstaying in a car park. I have only become aware of this in the last 5 days through checking my credit report online. I'm currently in the process of getting a mortgage and urgently need this to get resolved. Does anyone have a draft consent order form, or advice on what to email the legal company dealing with the charge?*

    Thanks in advance*
