  • POPLA Appeal unsuccesful despite taking over 14 days to get ticket - Parking Eye

Hello - I received a PPC from Parking Eye for parking in Chichester , I was 16 minutes over a 2 hour limit ,having already paid. However, I appealed on the basis that using POFA 2012 legislation it took over 14 working days to get myparking 'fine'andParking Eye were part of BPA andshould adhere to their Code of Practice as well as primary legislation. The PPC This was my grounds of appeal , this was rejected with no note taken on this legislation in the appeal from Popla. Can anyone advise what to do next ? The day the notice as sent was a Saturday , I followed the legislation guidance and it stated thenotice must be received within 14 days and I got it 17 days after the date I parked

So did you identify the driver in your appeal, both the PPC and POPLA?* You have in your post.* Suggest you edit, use "the driver....." etc

It's 14 calendar days for you to receive the NTK
