Hi! I知 being sued over a sale of a caravan and plot, that the seller paid me back and now wants their money back. File evidence bundle the claimant has submit has no facts just hear say no dates and extreme defamation of character to about myself. My main witness is my 10 year old child but this is inappropriate to have her in the middle of anything adult matters. Please can someone look at my file I知 desperate but also think I致e conducted myself as legally required. I知 on universal credit with a low paid job. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you
