Problem with tradeaway

Hi all , I've finished paying 7150£ for plumbing course , due to some personal problems I never got to finish the exams , now I call them and ask what happens as i want to finish my course and been told that the course has been expired on Feb.2019. I was never told that and also on T&C that's not mentioned.* It says that the course will take up to 36 monts but there's no expiry date what's whatever.* Has anyone had this issue or what should I do to finish the course ? Or get my money back or something? Thanks*
