    Hi,

I am a Defendant in a county court action and an order has been made. To date, court-issued deadlines in relation to the Plaintiff have now past.*

What happens next under these circumstances?

    Thanks.

Follow the directions of the court in relation to what you have been ordered to do. At the hearing ask to have struck out whatever it is they were ordered to do/produce on the grounds it is out of time. Without more detail I couldn't comment further.
