  • Gladstone solicitors parking fine

    Hi
    Happy new year !
I have received a letterhead from Gladstone solicitors claiming they will take me to court for parking in a private road in July 2019, this is the first I have heard about this and did not have any ticket on my car however I recall parking by some woods on a private road so my nephew could pass urine, he was desperate. I was probably 5 minutes maximum yet the letter states to pay £160 or face court action / debt recovery. I would appreciate some advice. The latter says to pay debt recovery plus direct within 14 days or I may have a county court judgment and extra fees ? This is the first I have heard of this. *What should I do as I really don’t have £160.

If the letter states pay DRP then it is a letter fro* DRP using a borrowed letterhead.

They're already pushing their luck asking for £160

SAR to the parking company demanding all documentation they have about you.

    Have you moved house recently.

I'd send a copy of this to Gladstones asking for their comments
