Good afternoon,
*I recently incurred a parking ticket* at my workplace car park, I forgot to put my car pass on the dashboard that day and was issued a PCN from Gemini parking solutions. I did appeal the PCN but they have sent back a templated letter not accepting my appeal even though I offered to send a copy of my car pass, the PCN number is the same on the appeals reply but the 'photographic evidence' shows a totally different car and Registration number to mine? What should I do now?

Appeal rejection letter should have a POPLA number and the next step is to appeal to them. You can do it online on the website.
If they have photographed the wrong car or they have lost the photo they did take or for any reason can't produce it you are in the clear.

If you have the time appeal to POPLA after day 56 so they can't correct
