I received a letter from DCBL just before xmas claiming that an overdue amount due to Highview Parking had been passed to them. the contravention date is 13/02/2016 with the location stated as NULL. This is the first communication I have had about this.
The only ticket I can think of is one in which I appealed as we definitely paid as from the local press it seemed like a lot of others got a fine through from the same car park, same weekend. I heard nothing from the appeal (which I admit I should have chased up), and have not received anything since until this letter out of the blue.
I have seen a template on the moneysavings expert site with regards to data/processing my information - is this the best way to fight this?
