hi ladies and gents. this has been going from the 05.09.19 when I had crossed the required 50% and terminated via section 99 of cca 1974. the car was inspected and was £200 odd in damage and
rest in mileage. I didn't sign report and advised I terminated as above and had paid all I needed to, they then called me and mailed asking for cash to which I sent a reply of a one and only final offer to pay the damages as a good will to conclude this and reiterated I had done all I legally needed to.
I am trying to conclude this quickly due to being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and my work situation is not the best at the moment and I made Skoda aware* of this to no avail.
I received this today so what do I do next please anyone???
