  • Executor trying to claim 30,000 in expenses & refusing to pay sister

In 2018 my mother passed away. She made her will aged 90 & unexpectedly had made my brother who lives in Australia sole executor. The estate was just money held in English banks accounts. He transferred all the money to Australia without permission. The inheritance is just over £50,000 each nett. Nearly 2 years on he has just released his accounts and is trying to claim £30,000 in expenses. He is refusing to pay out unless the accounts are signed off.*
