  • CCA Response Query - I doubt validity of the Agreement sent

I've had a CCA response from a DCA with a credit agreement, statement of account and notice of assignment as per the requirements under the consumer credit act.* I don't think that the credit agreement is a true copy but a reconstituted one.* The original credit agreement was taken out in 2007 and I was under the impression it had to show*your name and address when the account was opened (it shows an address I lived at about 5 years later), the creditor’s name and address when the account was opened (it shows a totally different creditors name on the one I've been sent), the terms and conditions of the account at that time, including the cost of credit (the*Annual Percentage Rate), when you have to make payments and your cancellation rights and any other required documents (notice of assignment and statement of account).* My question is how can I proceed, can I put the account in dispute and if so is there a template letter or should I send a subject access request in to get further information on the debt?* From reading various forums it sounds like the debt would be unenforceable from what they have sent me.**Any help would be welcomed.*
